Yuzushu is a quintessential Japanese alcohol made by adding yuzu juice and peel to a base of shochu (the more common choice) or sake. For this brand new candy formulated by and crafted exclusively for Bokksu, we chose sake and named it Yuzu Sake to highlight our premium base ingredient.

Peer into the candy, and you’ll even find tiny bits of real yuzu inside. If you are new to Japanese yuzu sake, this candy is the perfect introduction, while those who are familiar can attest to this candy’s authenticity. Quality yuzu sake tastes almost like yuzu lemonade: sweet, refreshingly citrusy, and with little to no trace of alcohol flavor. This candy does contain 0.1% alcohol content, so please consume responsibly.
