To celebrate the abundance of delicious fresh mushrooms during the season, many people will eat kinoko gohan (mushroom rice) - and now you can too! Maker Nanko Shokuhin wants you to enjoy the seasonal taste of kinoko gohan no matter the season with their simple easy “Shun de Riz” series. Made with local rice and plump shiitake and enoki mushrooms, you will absolutely fall in love with this fall mushroom dish!

How to Eat:
Peel back the top film layer approximately a quarter of the way. Heat the rice in the container for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 600W (3 minutes at 500W). If it's not your liking, continue heating in 10 second increments. Enjoy!
