This aromatic, savory green tea grown in the Chiran region of Kagoshima Prefecture has a bold taste. It’s both fresh and mellow, with very little astringency. It makes a fantastic palette cleanser for even the strongest flavors, good for pairing with any food.

Brewing Instructions

Steep for about 1 minute (or to desired taste) in 5oz (150ml) of 85oC (185oF) water.
